Lauren made the jump from front desk staff to leading classes in January 2024, and couldn’t be more proud to be apart of this community! Music, especially pop/rap remixes, powers her energy and movements throughout class, making every ride feel like a party on wheels with a driving bass and big beat drops. She's all about inclusivity—her classes are challenging, but there are always modifications so everyone can keep up and feel empowered. When she's not in the saddle, you’ll catch her walking, hiking, reading, exploring Milwaukee, or working as a speech-language pathologist with kiddos!
