Cam specializes in strength training and functional fitness using primarily weights, suspension trainers, and bodyweight exercises. His goal is to help clients feel strong and confident in everyday life—whether it’s lifting groceries or keeping up with their kids.
Having dabbled in a lot of different fitness disciplines, Cam takes a well-rounded approach to training, making sure clients are ready for real-world challenges. Outside the gym, he loves spending time with my family, DIY'ing around the house, and crafting homemade pizzas.
