SPIRE Fitness is a one-of-a-kind boutique fitness studio offering indoor cycling, rowing, and TRX training in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. Our unique fitness programming brings an intentional approach to training that allows every individual to tackle their personal fitness goals and leave their ego at the door.  We are community driven and aim to inspire everyone to leave our studio feeling like the best version of themselves.

Are you new here? First of all, congrats on trying something new! We’re so happy you are here!


 

The Studio

We are located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward on the corner of Water and Erie. We’re located right along the river, and there’s street parking available.

We have towels, locker rooms, showers, changing rooms, a bottle filling station, and water/Celsius available for purchase on site.

We offer shoes for rent. We have two state of the art fitness studios ready for you to try them out!

Please leave your cell phone in a locker - our classes are best when you’re able to fully disconnect!


WHEN TO ARRIVE

To make for the best first time experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to make sure our SPIRE Staff can help prep you for your first class!  Whether you’re clipping in the bike or heading to the TRX straps, we want you to feel comfortable, prepared, and ready to work! When you arrive,

please check in at the Front Desk and one of our Brand Ambassadors will help get you checked in and introduced to the instructor that will be leading your class!


WHAT TO BRING

Get ready to sweat! Wear what makes you feel comfortable, but we recommend your favorite workout-friendly gear! You’ll want to bring a water bottle (or purchase one at the studio)! If you’re taking one of our signature RIDE classes, Our Schwinn bikes require cycling shoes to clip into the pedals. You can always bring your own cycling shoes with Delta or SPD clips.

If you don't have cycling shoes you can always rent ours for $2. Your first shoe rental is Free.  If you’re joining us for a Strength + Conditioning class, please bring gym shoes. We have towels on site!

 

THE WORKOUTS

There’s a little something for everyone! Whether you are a fitness pro or it has been a while since you’ve been to the gym, don’t be intimidated! Every class at SPIRE offers amplifications, modifications, and high energy coaching to help you achieve your goals.


 

RIDE

Our RIDE classes offer musically-driven, high intensity cycle classes to help with endurance, strength, agility, and best of all - releasing those endorphins! 


 

STRENGTH

Our STRENGTH classes use weights and lower reps to build muscle, improve mobility and metabolic rate, and prevent injury. Expect to use the TRX Suspension Trainer or Water Rowing Machines. 

 


CONDITIONING

Our CONDITIONING classes focus on high intensity interval and circuit training to improve endurance, athletic performance, and cardiovascular function. Expect to use the TRX Suspension Trainer or Water Rowing Machines. 

 

MOBILITY

Our movement focused classes help improve mobility, improve flexibility and core stability, reduce pain/soreness, and place a focus on healthy movement.
